Vendor Transactions and Settlement tables consume significant storage in a number of environments and these tables can grow over time can have impacts on performance for transaction process and inquiry. Given the nature of these tables, a history of the transactions performed by a Vendor and the history of payments, credit etc. it would seem they would be good opportunities for Archive process. Having a year of history of closed or settled transactions should met the requirements for most businesses.
