You should have the ability to manually delete an entity that is no longer in use. This is essential for system management as old entities are no longer updating, yet are still in dropdown menus for segments, measures, export and reporting.

Leaving old entities without the ability to delete, rename, or mark them as inactive will create confusion for users.
