Ability to configure email notification settings in PowerPlatfor Administration Center

Currently, there is no ability for customers to configure the recipients of Dataverse capacity email notifications in the PowerPlatfor Administration Center.

Please enable settings in PowerPlatfor Administration Center.

Adding this feature will improve convenience for users.

Agree with the user that this should be very simple, wonder why they didn't make this a configurable option.
