Issue:

Under a contact or account timeline, we can create a phone call activity, and then close it. In on-premise, when we do this, the card displays a line stating "Completed on: [time]", with time being the value of the field Actual end.


However, in CRM online, after closing the phone call activity, the card displays a line stating "Modified on: [time]", with time being the value of the field Actual end. This behavior doesn't highlight the status of the record, which is "closed"


When we try to change the label from "Modified on" to "Completed on", it is not possible. It is only possible to change which field is displayed, but not the label.


When we removed and readd the "Actual end" field, the label changed to "Actual end", which is the field name. This behavior match with every other field.


Request feature:

It is requested that the labels of the fields on the activity cards in the timeline control can be changed with an out-of-the-box feature.
