A related concern arises when, despite manual inclusion, the configured view cannot be preserved for subsequent sessions or for all users. Furthermore, post manual integration, the dropdown lists associated with dimension values become non-functional, necessitating manual input. This becomes particularly challenging when dealing with a considerable number of dimension values.

For enhanced practicality and alignment with the operational consistency of main accounts, it is imperative to ensure that dropdown lists for financial dimensions are readily available. The present state of affairs essentially diminishes the utility of the Excel add-in for general journals and vendor invoice journals. Addressing these issues would greatly contribute to the overall effectiveness and usability of the tool.
