If you add a GP field in a Letter Writing form in the header or footer, when you go to print the document, word drops the data and reverts it back to the field name, like <>

This is already a known quality issue 93485 for pictures and hyperlinks not populating when printing.

This worked fine in GP2015!

We do not see a lot of customers run into this issue.  The  work arounds are 1 - If the letter is only going to be one page, then to make the header small and put the logo and details into the body.  2 - Use Smartlist to export out list to excel and create the letters using a Microsoft Word Mail merge.
