Currently, Copilot for Sales can be used in standard mode without a Copilot for Sales license.

Use without a license is non-compliant.

To prevent inadvertent use, the following improvements are requested

1. change the specification so that Copilot for Sales cannot be used if a license is not assigned

2. please change it so that it is disabled in the tenant's administration screen or "disabled" by default.

The realization of this feature allows customers to use the system with peace of mind.
