There should be a provision to hold an expiry date or a number of times a periodic journal line can be used, As we have multiple instances where the user have periodic journals with multiple vendor invoices and each having different expiry date or number of times it has to be used (monthly once for 12 months) and the lines in this template keeps on getting added based on commitments to different vendors. But currently there is no provision to stop a particular line(s) from being copied into the General Journal when retrieved.
