I am presently working for a Government Customer who deals inter-agency and with Local Councils in relation to land planning activities such as; subdivision, certificate of titles, amalgamation, strata plans.
As this process spans a number of agencies and legislation mandates that they manage the business process within a specific timeframe, there are approximately 7 KPI's to be tracked and maintained. At present there is a maximum of 5 SLA / KPI's. We would like to see an increase to this limit, so we don't have to step out to Power Automate and Power BI to track these.
"A maximum of seven entities can have active SLAs for your organization.
A maximum of five SLA KPIs are allowed per entity for your organization."
