Current behavior:
-> currently the chat Bot options are displaying horizontally.
Feature request:
-> User would like to have an option to make the chatbot options to be displayed vertically so that user can be able to see all the available options despite of showing the limited options in horizontal way since we need to manually click the side dropdown to display these options.
whereas in vertical way, users can be able to see all the options available.
Ask: Appreciate if the feature "display chatbot options vertically" can be included in future release.

There are two options for accomplishing this:
1. With the out of box widget, you can adjust the suggested action layout using a data tag. See: Customize live chat widgets using data tags | Microsoft Learn
2. We have a much more customizable version of our live chat widget available in preview today. See: Develop a custom live chat widget | Microsoft Learn
