The system should automatically hide the delete button that shows on each record of an editable grid if the user does not have delete permissions to the entity. This would make it consistent with the rest of the system (no delete buttons show on the entity view page or the record view in this case), as well as be a far smoother user experience. Right now they can click it and then get a pop-up box that they don't have permissions.
