Set item variants inactive

Often suppliers cancel only specific variants for an item (like colours) while other variants of the item are continued. Currently we only can ste a complete item to inactive, which also inactivates the continued variants as well.

It would be very helpful to be able to only set selected item variants inactive.

It would be helpful if the article variant could not only be blocked completely, but if only purchasing or sales could be blocked (same as this is solved for the article).
