According to the official DDMRP definition, qualified demand should only include actual (or firmed) demand. For instance an actual created sales order, transfer order or works order. Currently, even planned demand - based on the net requirements calculation - is included in the qualified demand calculation.

Thanks for this feedback. We have indeed had an issue which has been fixed in version 10.0.46. Enable D365 FnO feature "Consider only released demand and supply as qualified for DDMRP net flow calculation" (available from 10.0.46) in order to exclude planned orders from the Net flow calculation. Please enable this feature.
