The Member Count field in the Marketing Lists is including both active and inactive contacts. Therefore, the member count doesn't equal the list of members which would only have active contacts. This field shouldn't count inactives, or there should be another field added just for actives.

Thank you for your suggestion. From your description, we understand that you are looking to have 'Active Member Count' as a field on Marketing List. The existing 'Member Count' attribute, by design, is expected to show the total members in the marketing list. Please consider having a separate attribute that filters on member status to meet the specific requirement.
