The option to update the ‘Shipping Time’ in ‘Customer Card’ is only when there is no ‘Agent’ is being selected in ‘Customer Card’.

If you have selected the ‘Agent’, then the Sales Order will not consider the value in the ‘Shipping Time’ in ‘Customer card’, but the Sales Order will consider the value inside the ‘Shipping Agent Services’ that you have selected in the ‘Customer Card’. Also exist in - TrackingID#2305310050001138
