Create a mechanism by which the customer is notified if there is a synchronization error between CDS and Talent (Human Resources). The Talent/CDS synchronization may produce errors currently but the customer will not know about them. In order to have confidence that the datasets are the same, there needs to be a visible mechanism by which the customer is notified so that they can take action accordingly.
