Create an entitlement for customer "Adventure", made it related to a product and activated it.
The entitlement should not be available to choose in the case (at least not saveable) when it is related to a product and the product is not selected in the case.
The entitlement associated with a product will be available in the case(entitlement lookup)-
- when there is no product selected in the case
- when the product selected in the case is the same as the product associated in the entitlement.
The entitlement associated with a product will not be available in the case(entitlement lookup)-
- when the product selected is a different one than the product associated with the entitlement.
Inform this to the customer, as the customer is not selecting a product in the case and is hence able to choose the entitlement associated with a product. This is as expected as all entitlements would show for that customer/account. If he selects a different product which is not associated in the entitlement, then the entitlement would not be available.
