This is definitely an oversight. GP will automatically send an email to the recipient when an EFT payment is made, but it won’t tell them the settlement date. Without that, they don’t know when their money will be arriving. We get regular calls asking when funds will be made available. A simple notation of the settlement date on the email would solve everyone’s problem. Thanks for looking into this and please let us know if any other ideas come to mind. Regards, Rod
