When a user with Read Only permission sees the Form, the Edit button is grayed out. However, when the item in the Form is selected, the frame turns blue and a pen mark is displayed. This is recognized by the user as “editable”. You can't actually edit it. Can this UI be fixed? (I would be happy if you grayed out)
