Professional Services organisations need to record multiple cost prices per resource. This is typically required when an external resource is used on project(s). Contracts between the company and the external resource often include various hourly rates depending on project, time period, task, location and other factors.

PSA should provide ability to capture rates agreed with external resources (subcontractors). It should specifically allow to capture multiple rates for one external resource depending on project/contract line. This feature should be extendable to allow for full vendor management in PSA in the future.
