By a template in Word lay-out we create a contract

Opening that contract /Word document we want to add some personal information (text)

And after closing Word we want to save that Word document in a blob in the record where it comes from.

for example:
Opening a sales quote in word by a
Typing text an personalize the quote
After closing Word the document is stored in Blob field in the salesheader
