On the "Fulfil planned resources" form, after selecting, in the "Available resources" list, different dates than the planned dates from the "Project team and scheduling" FastTab, that these "extended dates" be automatically reflected on the on the "Edit fiufillment hours" form instead of requiring that the user repeat the date selection and hours allocations. Currently the "Edit fiufillment hours" form does not reflect the extended dates, the user must clear out the hours on each line reflecting the originally planned dates, update the "Proposed fulfillment date" in order to see the additional lines relating to future dates, and finally update those lines with the hours to be fulfilled. If the system "remembered" the dates selected on the "Fulfil planned resource" form, as I suspect the designer intended, all of the data entry that currently needs to be performed on the "Edit fiufillment hours" form would be unnecessary.
