When both "Directed Put-Away and Pick" and "Pick According to FEFO" is enabled, when a pick is created it searches for the first available lot to expire without regard to blocked settings on Bins or Lot Info Cards. There are plenty of reasons that you may want to block a bin for picking (QC Hold, Expired inventory, Inventory reserved for Assembly to name a few) and have it skip over any FEFO lots in that bin.

It would be great to have FEFO picking skip over blocked bins/lots when making the decision of what lot/bin to suggest.
