If we use the functionality of Engineering change management to release items from Master company to Local company and if we have items in common across legal entities.

With release policy local template we should be able to release items with fields of Item coverage and also Sales hierarchy. It would be easier to manage as it can be globally defined and need not put our efforts to create them manually or through DM.

Its basically time consuming activity and has to double the efforts again to create the templates and load them.
