When create estimate for project for beginning balance transactions and there is no beginning balance transaction in the project still estimated was created with zero amount. System should check if beginning balance transaction already exist and skip this projects. It is unacceptable customer to keep report of Project with and without beginning balances, so filter projects without when create estimates from periodic.
