Advanced Search queries show results for resource options which meet any 1 of the criteria entered into the query. An example of the desired filter: 1) Java developer 2) Are rated as Team Development level 2 The resource options returned: Person A (who meets criteria 1, not 2) Person B (who meets criteria 2, not 1) It would be ideal to filter the resource pool for must have characteristics and nice to have characteristics. Must have should restrict the resource pool and nice to have characteristics can have the current filter option. Insight in the match ratio would be a great addition as well. Sorting the resource based on their match ratio should give the resource manager a massive advantage to get there job done more efficient.

Great suggestion, we have a customer which needs to find specific resources based on different skills AND certificates. Could also be a role, education or project. At the moment we need to create a customization for this requirement (and it should not have been necessary).
