My users sometimes print a single case out of dynamics - to bring to a meeting or to pass on to the night shift who doesn't have CRM access, etc. We use the correct gear icon to print and whatnot, but for our Dynamics, for whatever reason, it looks horrible printed. While in print preview, you have to majorly zoom out in order to get the data to not print in a skinny little column - so much zooming out that you can barely see the print button any more. Then when you're done printing, you have to return to normal zoom. It's tedious and could be simpler for the end user. Microsoft should be able to better align things for printing. Thanks! Sarah
