When uploading an attachment, enable the ability to click on multiple files and have all selected files uploaded as attachments of that type.

Uploading documents in one by one for each concerned registered assets in the system is completely behind the technology & the current (AI) requirements as of nowadays.
Documents bulk uploading with encoding that each documents will be uploaded in related destination became as a must to match the current technology development, as it will help & support extremely in making the system as friendly & useful as possible to the end uses.
Saving the needed to upload document in the same name of the related (destination) asset that is registered in the system can be the easiest way to encode the process.

Enable bulk (Multiple) selection for attachments on selected (Bulk) fixed assets instead of one by one, want the file to be taken with each Fixed asset number then has to be uploaded on respective fixed asset, this would be a huge time saver, our users would love it!
Please make this easier for our users, now it's consuming too much time to upload one by one.

why not make use of some of the fantastic UI and file-upload functionality already in use for Onedrive/Sharepoint/Outlook-on-the-web? If uploads and previews worked as they do elsewhere across O365, then we'd likely all be very happy.

Agree - would be a time saver!! also a copy and paste for images instead of having to save them then browse to attach.

Multiple file upload is a must have for anyone using field service with mobile offline. When you come back on line and you have 30 photos you want to attach to a record, you do not want to have to do this one by one, it will be too time consuming and users will loose faith in the app.
