Form path: Inventory management > Setup > Inventory and warehouse management parameters

Bill of material tab > Field name 'Level of circularity'

The help text for this field is not readable completely, the field shows scroll bar on right side but user can not access this as the help text comes when user hover the cursor on field name and actually can not access it. This leaves user unable to read complete comment on this.

I am not sure if this is happening with other places as well.
