Extra tab for portal comments in case form ,Social activity panel.

Currently ,Portal comments and email activities are getting displayed in one single tab'Activities' in case form.So we want separate tab for portal comments.

Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.
