We need a firm and supported resolution to the issue of the CrmWRPCTokenKey regeneration issue. There are a number of threads on this all over the place though this is one of the better on the issue.

There are a number of both short and long term suggestions in that thread on how to resolve it however, there aren't any good long term solutions presented that would fall into both safe and supported. Uninstalling .Net updates or messing in the config database and cleaning up records in the CRMKey table are not something we should be doing. This has been an ongoing issue for a long period of time and needs to get resolved at a system level. Also, a short term blog post talking about what is going on with this issue and if the work around of having the monitoring service ignore the event is ok and safe.
