If possible, include the "Blank" option as a posting policy in the user setup. So we could restrict users from posting actions. If a user is nominated with the "Blank" option as a posting policy, that means the user can create document but it is restricted from posting.
Example: If we create an user in the user setup currently it allows to post documents as sales invoice posting policy default option is "Allowed". In this case we are allowing the user who is not eligible to post documents.
