I’d like to raise a usability concern regarding the Customer Transactions form in D365 F&O. Currently, there’s no direct way to access the invoice voucher or posted invoice from this view — even though the invoice number is displayed.

This limitation is frustrating and counterintuitive, especially for users who frequently need to verify invoice details or trace transactions. It adds unnecessary steps to our workflow and impacts efficiency.

Could we explore options to:

• Add a clickable link or button to open the invoice directly.
• Enable right-click navigation to the invoice voucher.
• Create a custom workspace or tile for quick access to posted invoices.

I believe this enhancement would significantly improve user experience and operational speed.
