When installed on a Samsung Android phone, the app always opens up the forward facing camera, instead of the rear facing camera as users expect to scan an invoice. While the app has a "change camera" button, it this needs be pressed twice. This compounds the confusion for our users during training as we prepare for company go-live on F&O.


Note that our internal developer was able to develop a fix for this, but we will only deploy a Microsoft supported version of the app, so would like Microsoft to implement a change. We suspect will be an issue for many companies.
