Customer Discount Limit with Date Parameter

Please provide the feature of applying limit on customer discounts with date parameter. For example


I want to perform customer discount on POS with limited amount per month for example:
Customer : A


Discount : 10%


Maximum : 500 $ per month  (if amount 600 the customer wil  pay (500 - 10%) +100 )
