In the current email editor, the Sender dropdown only displays the From name, while the From email address and Reply-to email address are not visible in the lookup. This limitation causes confusion and increases the risk of sending emails with incorrect reply-to addresses, especially in cases where the From name remains consistent (e.g., "Swiss Re"), but the email and reply-to addresses vary based on the campaign or department.
From a business perspective, this impacts email accuracy and can lead to missed customer responses or incorrect routing of replies, which affects customer engagement and potentially harms brand reputation.

Proposed Workaround:
To reduce errors and improve usability, we suggest removing the automatic population of the Reply-to email from the sender profile. Instead, users should be required to manually enter the Reply-to email address before they can mark the email as "Ready to send." This ensures users consciously verify the Reply-to address, improving email delivery correctness and customer response management.
Making the Reply-to field more prominent and mandatory before sending would significantly reduce risks related to misdirected replies, enhancing overall email campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
