In some cases, it would be useful to be able to request only a partial amount of the customer retention of project invoices. Right now you can only request full amount attached to each project invoice. It would be useful to allow the user to select a percentage of the overall retained amount.
For example if we have 5 project invoices on which we have retained 100$ each, for a total retained amount of 500$. We would like to be able to request 5% of the 500$ = 25$, then request another 20% of the remaining (25% of 475$ = 118.75$), and then the rest 356.25$

This is the real life situation. Large contracts do not release entire retention in one go. There is always a defects liability period till which time the customer will still hold some part of retention (usually a specific percentage) and will release the rest earlier on project completion.
