To my great surprise, customer journey is not available for installation if you choose the Sweden region (CRM22). Of course, you expect Microsoft to have the same apps available for at least Europe. Not having this is completely incomprehensible. All the cornerstones of Microsoft 365 CE must of course be available. I´m not sure but maybe this is the same for the Norway region.

You can provision an org in a nearby cloud where it's available to service Sweden.
