When the Owner of an entity is changed, any activities showing in the Social Pane will have their Modified On changed to the current date and time.

This is a serious issue as historical date and time information is lost. Showing all activities with an incorrect Modified On, implies that previous activities have been updated since they were created or modified since their original creation.
