Export DEB DTI+ (Intrastat XML File) in French Localization

Hi,

In France, we need to send each month an XML File to the customs to declare Instrastat Shipping and Receipt.

The XML file misses at least two tags on each Intrastat Journal Line (table 263) in the procedure AddItem() :
- departement : which is the field Area
- paysProvenance : which is the field "Entry/Exit Point"

Can you add them in the codeunit 10821 "Export DEB DTI" ? Otherwise the codeunit is totally useless.
