Currently, when a record is assigned to another user, the assigned user appears as the "modified on" of the note on the timeline.

If the "created on" of a memo can be set to be displayed, it would be possible to see who created the memo even after it has been assigned.

This will make it possible to identify the author of the memo and make the operation more efficient.
