Hi,
Mobile Offline was just released in April 2019 updates as a preview functionality. However i couldn't find offline capabilities for HTML web-resources.
I did enable it on the HTML Web resource itself, as well as in the App(Advanced Settings)

Any help on this would be appreciated, if this not yet implemented kindly consider this.
