When trying to create multiple new dashboards using a subset of queues (via filtering), every time the filtering changes, it uses the same filtering for all dashboards.


The Steps to reproduce unwanted behavior:

  1. Open the “Omnichannel Ongoing Conversations Dashboard”
  2. Select several queues on the left side.
  3. Click “Apply” and “Save Filters”
  4. “Save As” to make a new dashboard (e.g. “Test 1”)
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 to create a second dashboard with different queues selected (e.g. “Test 2”)
  6. Return to the “Test 1” dashboard. That dashboard will have the same queues selected as “Test 2” did, even though it was created with different queues selected.


Suggestion:

If a new dashboard is created from the Omnichannel Ongoing Conversations Dashboard, it should allow for queue filtering to be set only for that specific Dashboard instead of applying to any/all dashboards that have been created by "saving as new" when the original dashboard is the Omnichannel Ongoing Conversations Dashboard.
