When trying to create multiple new dashboards using a subset of queues (via filtering), every time the filtering changes, it uses the same filtering for all dashboards.
The Steps to reproduce unwanted behavior:
- Open the “Omnichannel Ongoing Conversations Dashboard”
- Select several queues on the left side.
- Click “Apply” and “Save Filters”
- “Save As” to make a new dashboard (e.g. “Test 1”)
- Repeat steps 2-4 to create a second dashboard with different queues selected (e.g. “Test 2”)
- Return to the “Test 1” dashboard. That dashboard will have the same queues selected as “Test 2” did, even though it was created with different queues selected.
Suggestion:
If a new dashboard is created from the Omnichannel Ongoing Conversations Dashboard, it should allow for queue filtering to be set only for that specific Dashboard instead of applying to any/all dashboards that have been created by "saving as new" when the original dashboard is the Omnichannel Ongoing Conversations Dashboard.
