Right now there isn't a possibility to edit placeholder text to file- typed field. The placeholder text is visible when creating a record. Current placeholder text can be a little hard to understand by endusers and especially translations to it can by quite bad.

It should be possible to change that placeholder text and it translations eg. via translate functionality or give a parameter in to the field where that text can be handled.
