In case the hourmeter (device used to count the hours from a machine) has broken and we reset the counter, even having reached the frequency, a work order is not being created.
This issue has been evaluated by Product team under bug id https://fix.lcs.dynamics.com/Issue/Details?bugId=617198&dbType=3&qc=b87f52681cb52f43b026ff20c28d4a3017e24b15c7534da545d199d7760c8dd7

It is currently not supported, but due the impact, we could considered this scenario and allow to reset a counter for interval type: Repeated on aggregated value
