There is currently no supported way for administrators to hide or disable this preview banner for all users. In many production environments, preview features are not enabled by design, and such banners can cause confusion or unnecessary concern for end users.
It would be valuable to provide an admin‑level control (per environment or per app) to hide or suppress preview/announcement banners in Dynamics 365 CE, especially in regulated or production‑only environments.
