Hello, since consistency drives coherence and is fundamental for a smooth User Experience, I was wondering why isn't the method of creating an Order from a Quote the same method as creating a Quote from an Opportunity?

Creating a Quote from an Opportunity is straightforward and logical:

  1. Click on the 'Opportunity Stage' dot in the business process's progress bar.
  2. Click on the 'Next Stage' button inside the pop-up box that appears.
  3. Click '+ Create' on the bottom left.

After creating a Quote, you'll try to create an Order from that Quote in the same way:

  1. Click on the 'Quote Stage' dot in the business process's progress bar.
  2. Click on the 'Next Stage' button inside the pop-up box that appears.
  3. Instead of a '+ Create' on the bottom left, you get a 'Close'.
  4. One will have to go up to the ribbon, find and click on the 'Activate Quote' button.
  5. Then in the ribbon, find and click on the 'Create Order' button.

I believe we should be able to create an Order from a Quote from the box that appears after clicking on the Quote Stage in the progress bar without having to click 'Activate Quote' first, then having to click on 'Create Order'. Otherwise adding those 2 buttons into the pop-up box would be very helpful as some new CRM users and non-technical users may not find it easy to move from Quote to Order.
