Hello,
We used to have the ability to import solutions which were of a lower version.
A new patch came out which has stopped us being able to do this.

I am requesting to add the ability back in.

With solutions we should have the ability to do the following:
-Import solution of same version
-Upgrade solution of higher version
-Downgrade solution of lower version

Import and Upgrade currently works fine now, however we should have the ability to downgrade as well.
