Whenever edit any field of Appointment entity save it in the audit history they see empty values being populated in the audit log for the party list fields (optional attendees and required attendees) when no changes have been made. the old values and new values are the same in the audit.

 To suggest re-evaluating the reschedule operation so that we don't perform unnecessary updates on data that is not changing.
