Currently, there is no way to know on the front end that a migration from GP to Business Central has finished.
Users know stage 1 (connecting and staging) is complete when they see a ‘Completed’ status in the Cloud Migration Management window.
Users know stage 2 (moving data from GP to BC) is complete when they see ‘Completed’ statuses in the Data Migration Overview window.
However, there is nothing to show users that the 3rd - last stage of the migration process is complete (transactions fully posted or brought into BC and not posted for some reason).
This makes it difficult for end users to know when it’s OK to start reviewing the migrated data for accuracy.
